This incident has been resolved. Fiber has been repaired and traffic is now routing as normal.

Our team is currently on-site, splicing the fiber optic cable that was cut. Engineering has estimated that repairs should be completed within the next 2-3 hours.

Our team is currently en route to repair a fiber cut in the Louise area. A temporary connection has been established, bringing most customers back online. However, customers served by specific blades in Louise may still experience slower-than-normal speeds, as this temporary connection is limited to 10Gig during peak usage hours.

Our engineering team is currently searching for the fiber cut, potentially located between Ganado and Louise, Texas. In the meantime, we are working with partners to reroute traffic and open up resources to get services restored.
